Aquatic Specialist is named Josh (I think) I'm in the process of starting coral reef tanks and he has walked me through just about every step to get started. Regardless how busy he is, he still has the capability of holding a conversation. Expect to be entertained by his metaphors also. Thanks for all your help bud.
Worst experience ever. Got told the day before they had something in store. When to get it and it wasn't in store. Was also told they would price match. Sent my boyfriend up there with screenshot of price match and they said it had to be on the website. Which it was but still refused to give it me. Tried to call to speak to a manager. Got put on hold three times then got hung up on. This place is worthless and I will be submitting a complaint to corporate.
