I travel states from all over the US with my pup,that being said I've visited a lot of Petcos. This one in particular had a groomer that blew me away. I brought my baby in and was presented with the best customer service and care for my dog. Reagan was my groomer and she went above and beyond! I wish every Petco had a groomer like her! Groomers like her MUST be recognized for their love and care for pets! I've been in Petcos where not even managers provide as much care as she did. Thank you Reagan!
The staff is super helpful and friendly all the time . They have a great selection of animals and products . This location works with second chance pets who always have the friendliest cats up for adoption . The dog trainer shauna is well educated and helpful with teaching dogs and pet parents. They also just revamped the grooming Salon and have some amazing groomers Tiffany , Reagan , and heather .
Alyssa was super helpful. I wish all folks were as helpful when you went into a store. She was knowledgeable and professional. Great experience!
Petco Clear Lake is an awesome place to go, and I have used many of the different services there like grooming, Thrive Vet, and Training, but the highlight of all of my experiences there has been the training program with Shauna!! Both of my dogs have been through the Adult 1 and Adult 2 classes there, which were so educational and fun! Shauna helped teach me how to better work with my dogs through good days and bad days, and has continued to mentor me even after the classes are over! Just bought a bag of dog food and it’s infested with worms and moths. I know this is not the first time a customer has brought home a bag of dog food full of worms because it’s happened to a close friend as well. This is absolutely terrible and I will never be visiting this petco or most likely any petco ever again. I would proceed with caution before buying any type of dry pet food at this location!!
