DO NOT buy any live stock from Petco! They treat the animals they sell so inhuman, and are not knowledgeable on who is compatible with what! They have predator fish paired with gentle/peaceful fish in the selling tanks, and they are all getting eaten alive. I was so upset I had to complain to the employees. This is coming from someone who loves and takes care of a salt water tank.

Seriously worst staff and management at this store. They were unable to explain why they double charged my card for an order I had already paid for online. And when I asked them to hold the order until they could get it resolved they apparently contacted the online order department and marked my order as picked up (which I did not do). Very disappointing lack of products on the shelf and inadequate staffing to assist. I don’t know if it’s due to the remodel or if this is the “new” way of Petco-SE Military. Used to receive friendly service... sad as this is the only pet supply store on this side of town.

I went in for Puppy Playtime with my dog Selena. Kevin, the trainer is Amazing! He answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to educate me about some of my dogs traits. Will DEFINITELY be signing up for more of his classes.
