Grooming at this Petco is awful.

Had to go Through the store twice to look for sales associate to help me. Then I had to look for him when it came time to purchase my items. Employees not knowledgeable on product line.
Will never shop at another Petco store again. Bought a $170 saltwater fish and after infecting my entire 110 gallon well established tank with ich, the fish died. They do not honor their 30 day guarantee. Even though their website “Live rock and fish guarantee” plainly states “All aquatic life... are guaranteed to stay alive for 30 days or we will gladly refund your money”, this is not true. Don’t be scammed. But from a reputable seller only.
Mickey Rose, one of your store managers in Watauga, TX, finds it appropriate to insult petco customers by calling them "stupid" and "idiots". I have no idea how and who made her a manager with customer service skills like that. She lacks knowledge and respect for anyone.
Extreemly unhealthy snake needs urgent care has no problem selling it to me but wont let me take it so it may recive the proper care and solitary it needs to thrive extreempy upset and disappointed
Absolutely the rudest people in this store! I'm so glad a new pet store opened down the street!
