Staff is extremely friendly!!! They have a great manager!
My husband and I went in today to browse the live aquarium plants and look at fish for our fish tank. I just want to say it was a pleasant experience. After going to PetSmart and Waco Tropical fish both with sub par customer service, Petco is definitely the place to go. Customer service was fantastic. Katie, helped us so much. She was very informative and sweet and actually answered the questions we had. We definitely will do all of our pet shopping here from now on.
PetCo in Waco Texas helped me out when I had 3 guinea pigs that I had rescued. one of them was pregnant and they took them in. they had no problem adopting them out except for the pregnant one. They kept her until her babies were born and they will adopt her out and babies when they are old enough they were so good to help me and to help these precious guinea pigs find good home thank you thank you. I adopted an albino african claw frog i named him gordo cuz hes fat and eats minnows but thats ok someone elses loss hes a great companion. I will be coming back again the aquatics specialist is great :)
