My fiancee and I bought a Ferret on her move down to Texas to go along with our ferret we have. The ferret we received was overly aggressive so we decided to exchange. The associate Shawn Lootens was extremely disrespectful to myself and my fiancee who not only is a Vet but has worked in a manager position for Petco before. He refused the exchange for unreasonable excuses until he saw both of us on the phone in store with customer service. the young woman in grooming was amazing with my dog who has anxiety. his nails look great! We will only take him to her now.
Awesome customer service! I had a pet picked out and came to visit her several times before I was able to bring her home. Everyone was so patient with my requests for handling her, and constant questions. super awesome experience!
Terri Tiffany is a great trainer, My pup Maui and I highly recommend the positive dog training class.
