My fiancee and I bought a Ferret on her move down to Texas to go along with our ferret we have. The ferret we received was overly aggressive so we decided to exchange. The associate Shawn Lootens was extremely disrespectful to myself and my fiancee who not only is a Vet but has worked in a manager position for Petco before.
