Employees greet you with, what do you want, no hello or can I help you. I get it’s a stressful working during this time, I myself work in it. Just maybe I’m there to buy pet food, or should I say was there to buy pet food. I can say that I will not be back, I will now order their food from a different company.

Updated review 10/03/19 4:45pm : I have spoken with the working manager about reviewing the tapes and about what is currently being done, so the experience I received doesn’t happen again. I will be able to receive a full refund of the services. The manager was incredibly apologetic, acknowledged that it was indeed a rushed job, admitted to the mistakes that went wrong and will make sure measures are place, so this doesn’t happen again to another animal or client. Very disappointed in the aquarium section. We went in on Saturday and there were multiple dead fish in every fresh water tank. The ones that were still alive didn’t look well. Very poor quality.

I’ve been working with Austin to train my pup. He is great! I’m shocked every week at how quickly he is able to teach my dog these new commands. Highly recommend him. 👍🏼🐕❤️
