iv been shopping here for years never had any issues until got called a B**** by a staff member and told that she will not help me until she is done putting away all the items in her boxes (there was at least 20boxes) all I needed was 3 mice. will be finding else where to get dog food and things for my snakes! lady acted like she hated her job and didn't want to be there is what it boiled down to I believe!

Everyone please be careful going to petco in Atascocita. I was in there and their shift manager proceeded to buck up at me because I said that’s the shift manager. So they called the cops and now I have a one year trespassing order, they won’t be doing anything to the shift manager because we walked out of the store at the same time! It all started because we were getting a refund on an animal that I had bought because it was sick and died a couple of days later. Store #1466
I am so disappointed. I took my dog in for a grooming and added the spa treatment. What I received was much less than the seventh dollar bill I paid for. My poor dog’s hair was butchered and uneven. Not to mention her coat was not very clean. Perhaps she needed a second wash with shampoo. They graciously offered a recut with her another groomer. Which was nice. I also asked the manager to return a phone call. Needless to say I did not receive a phone call. I will respectfully decline the recut and never return. Note to groom... read more

RecommendedJust a little tip for whomever is in charge ~ please advise employees to be consistent when picking up online order. I’ve been purchasing kitten milk online for the last 5wks, picking up with only my phone with confirmation email. Today the young man wanted my ID, which I had left in my vehicle as I was only running in for this order. I have no problem showing my ID, however it needs to be every single time, NOT dependent of who is working.
