The stylists there have no idea what they’re doing. I stood there for 20 minutes getting checked in, they asked me to leave the room because a customer walked in and wanted to “ask a question” in the middle of my check in, so because she interrupted me and I had to leave the room??? I have been a Petco customer for many years. This location here in Venice must employ the dumbest and laziest employees ever. I took my dog to a nail trim appointment a few weeks ago and provided the necessary vaccination records, today I took him for another appointment and was told they need the records again. All other Petco locations, I visited in the past update the records in the computer. I do not carry these records on me after they should have been updated, so needless to say I canceled the appointment and will not ... read more
