Love getting free treats for my puppies � on their birthday.
Went there yesterday to buy crickets and saw a dead bearded dragon lying on its back. I've complained about your mite issues and dead fish already but this was the last straw for me. Had the manager argue with me about all of the reptiles having mites. Purchased a skink from you last year for it to die from MBD. If corporate would actually do something about these issues, I wouldn't write complaints every other month to them.
Took my Maltese Terrier mix there for his first puppy grooming after adopting him from spca, everybody was very helpful n friendly. They did a great job on him.. he looked amazing.. we will be a returning customer.. ��

I like this store and I have had decent experiances there until just recently. Lately when I go in to buy betta food or another fish I always seem to find the fish in worse condition then they were in before. Bloated from overfeeding, fin rot from poor water conditions, and today torn fins from fighting or tail biting caused by stress. I wonder if someone quit that had been taking care of the fish area or what. When you don't care properly for a $20 fish then why would I want to buy it other than out of pure sympathy?
