Your employees at the Congress and old Boynton rd store are the nastiest and rudest people I’ve ever seen in retail. Older woman with white hair told me to leave the store because she didn’t like that my mask wasn’t all the way up under my eyes. True story. That was about 6:00 this evening. I took roxie (my 3 month old pug) for the last set of vaccines and they were so nice to her!! Im so happy!!
So added some new fish from Petco. Now my gorgeous tank that I have never had a single problem with in over 7 years suddenly is riddled with Ick. Thanks Petco!! Never again will I purchase fish from you guys!!!
They shouldnt have young people groomers that dont know what there doing. Now one of my sisters dogs is on medication because they got deflea shampoo in there eye. That couldve made him blind if we didnt took him to the vet sooner.
My Roxie loves shopping here. Its her favorite store with such nice and helpful staff like Kim and others.
Went to get crickets for my tarantula, took a look at their pythons and the poor thing looked starved and dehydrated. I complained to the manager and he tried to assure me the snake has been fed. I have snakes of my own and have for the past few years so I know what a healthy snake should look like.
