Ordered products on line. Only half of the order showed up the next day. Contacted the store and employee passed me to the General Mgr, Shaun. He told me I could come pick up the rest of my order and made no effort to try to work with me on the delivery issue. Super disappointed that my vetco appointment was cancelled and the store didn't bother to notify me. There was a scheduling mix up and their vet wasn't going to be in. They have my email and were aware I had an appointment, why did they not contact me to let me know??? This was actually the 2nd time I have to reschedule due to the company's technology issues.

I bought $200 in fish to have them die, when I came back in the store I went straight to the tank I bought them out of & what do I see? 2 dead fish. The manager Ginny, who rudely spelled her name out as J E N N Y when I asked for her name. The manager was young and very rude. She said when I bought the fish I should of been told there’s no guarantee. I see why from the looks of their tank I have pictured. Don’t spend money here on fish, they don’t care about selling sick fish.
Just had the worst grooming experience ever. attached image of the last time she was groomed (which I liked a lot) compared to the gremlin she is now.I asked for what I always get which previously was not an issue “7 on body (normally I get a 4) long ears, long tail, and poodle feet.” I said she could trim the tail.
