This Petco has seriously gone downhill since Chris F. has left the aquatic department. I’m literally sitting in my vehicle outside in the parking lot, as I write this because of how disappointed and disgusted I am by this place now. Smells of small animal fecies permeates the store. Especially the ferrets. Grooming Salon is closed again ! Took a big turn for the worst. Then again , look who is running the grooming salon .
Went to North Syracuse location to purchase about 6 fish and few other items. I asked the front register cashier for assistance. She did send out a page. I waited more than 15 mins walking around the fish tanks. Not ONE person came over to help. Lost at least a $50 sale. Time to shop elsewhere.
Petco is hands down the worst pet store to go to. Today I went in and was looking at the Betta fish and found 4 dead. This place could careless about their animals. Also when there was a flood in Binghaton about 5 years ago the Petco there didn't go and save any of their animals and they all died. Thankfully now they are not allowed to sell animals in the Binghamton Petco. Petco where the pets die.
I thought they did a wonderful job on my two boxers and they were very pleasant and very helpful and gave my babies a great experience.
