The Bearded Dragons were in a very, very dirty aquarium, with WAY too many for their own health in a tiny aquarium. My daughter is still very sad about it. She is a Beardie owner and it made her sad to see them treated so poorly. This needs to be remedied very soon. Poor Beardies!
Just got a new kitten and was looking for formula so wen i got to petco the employees where super help full and show me what i needed to get for my cat and they where really sweet to him also :) i would give it a 10 if i could. Thank you to both the employees that help me out
I took my sweet little pit Kimberli in to get her nails trimmed. Walk in and was greeted right away by Annabel and she got us all signed in and took great care of her. She had her in and out in a flash. Great employees and reasonably priced.
I go to the VETCO CLINIC to get my animals their vaccinations. It was a v-e-r-y long wait yesterday. You now register electronically then you get a text message when it is your turn to see the vet. The wait is to long with thhis system. PETCO needs to provide seating for those of us waiting to be seen
I would like to say something I come in all the time and these people are so kind to me and always jump to assist me. I dont know why people hate so kuch on this place (from the reviews ive seen, some were cruel) but you cant blame the store of something has inconvenienced you once. Ive been coming in since i was born and has always chose it as my pet store!
Worst return policies I have ever come across. Will never go there again. Giving a bad yelp review and telling all my friends.
