I took my precious Maltesse Dog for a grooming and Sylvia done a horrible job I guess grooming is a word she don't understand from a beautiful white matted less coat to a naked cut:( Plus she cut his skin on on leg and we need to bring our precious to the clinic to have stitches because the lady (Sylvia) was careless about how to do her job...
I went in to ask about getting my dogs nails trimmed. I was told they do them as walk ins no appointment needed. They said they needed proof of rabie shots. I told the lady I would muzzle my dog because I'm not sure how he would react. I brought my dog the next day to get his nails trimmed and was told after I stood there a half hour that petco don't allow muzzles. We were turned away. That is fine petco, you have lost a customer. After a bad experience in the past I said I would never go back, but today I had my 1 year old with me and didn't want to do the long drive to Petsmart. Walked in to Petco in Romeoville at 1:30 to get gold fish and blood worms for my Oscars. After walking around for over 10 minutes looking for someone to help me I finally gave up and left empty handed. I would like to give a huge complement to Jessica !! She's a groomer. It's been a week since my Memphis (Newfoundland dog) was groomed by her. He still.looks great !And I had him out with me this past Saturday (groomed by Jessica) to help The Romeoville Humane Society Spring Craft fair and he was the hit of the show ( along with the bunny of course lol ) thank you again Jessica!
