I had an appointment for dog today at 1pm. We had some things come up and I had lost track of time. I called at 1:09pm to inform them, and asked if I can still bring her in, for we were not that far away. We would have been there by 1:30pm. I was told no and the next earliest appointment was Saturday. We will be out of town, so I am taking her to PetSmart in Joliet. We have been loyal customers for some time, but since Jessica left, things have gone downhill in grooming. The customer service there is not what it once was.
Fire crystal, bring back Jessica and we’ll be back. I will blast this sh*t store til she’s gone!
People and groomers ared top notch. Reasonable prices thru out store
