Went there for the first time to pick up hay for my guinea pig, and there was no one around who I could even ask for assistance in helping me to locate the product that I needed. Some of the shelves were completely barren, not sure why and as I wandered around looking for the stuff that I needed. No one even bothered to come up to ask me if I needed assistance, if I needed help, or if I was able to locate what I needed or to ask me do you need some help or can I help you. Horrible place. Rude and nasty employees. I will never stop there again.
The trainer named Cat at this store has changed our lives forever. I can't say enough wonderful things about her kind personality and patience dealing with us and our little dachshund! We've worked hard with Cat's guidance our little puppy is learning in a way we can all be happy with.
Everyone was SUPER helpful and informative about what I went in for. I can say I have a healthy & happy pet because of them
