I came here on Sunday to get my pup her shots at the vaccine clinic, the ladies and the doctor were all super nice and very patient with my pup on her first time in public. Also, Ally the awesome lady who works in the grooming area was amazing with my two labs! It was both their first time getting groomed and she was very patient with them and even clipped Bella's dew claws!!! I re-arrange my entire day's schedule to bring my dog to the groomer at 8:30 this morning, only to be informed when I get there that the only person available to groom the dog has 'called out' and no arrangements have been made for someone to fill in for that person's duties. UGH! No apology, no 'let us see what we can do', no nothing other than, 'oh, well, I guess you'll have to come back another time.'
You lost my dog's shot records so he couldn't get his nails trimmed
