I went in with my granddaughter to get a few fish. The glass on the tanks were dirty. Some of them you couldn't even see in them.Dead fish stuck to a lot of the filters. Really disgusting! I bought a few small cheap fish because my granddaughter didn't want to leave without any, but I will never step foot in this Petco again.

This store is a joke. I have been in here twice and both times by unfriendly salespeople. Yesterday was the last straw. I went into buy a catfish for my tank and the salesperson refuses to sell me one because he thinks I don't need one? I just stood there in shock. Would give 0 stars as well went to my groomer apt 9/16/17 was there 15 mins early someone showed up 10 after 11 only for them to tell me that the groomer canceled because they weren't making commission today.no phone call no nothing Management should not have those type of employees and should not have allowed for any of this to go down
The lady was extremely rude treated me like I was a child when I asked to see the ferrets. Wanted to know if I was planning on buying one. I actually was until you questioned me and then proceeded to call me a liar. I have bought my last two ferrets from here but I'll go somewhere else this time around. I'll spend the extra dollars and go to petsmart to buy the food also, they completely lost my business after tonight. �
Went on Monday around 1:30pm to buy dog food. Normally I buy from PetValu, but as their stuff is on the expensive end I wanted to test out a cheaper alternative. Bought a bag of puppy food and a bag of adult food. The cashier was unhelpful and rude. After I finished paying for my items she proceeds to tell me that I "need to be careful" with this food. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My daughters goldfish died and we went in to buy a new one. The salesman refused to sell us a single goldfish that be in a fish bowl because it didn't have a filter. But yet he was more than willing to sell us a beta fish. We had previously had other fish in the fish bowl without issue. Seriously it's a 15 cent goldfish and the sale was refused! What a joke!
