Apparently a 9pm close time is used very loosely. I was denied access to your store 10mins before 9 tonight by a locked door and when I knocked I was slowly greeted by a cashier who was standing behind the register doing nothing who told me they were closed and when I questioned as to why, I was told the registers were down. I spend at least $200 a month at this location and will gladly be taking my business to petsmart now. It was clear your concern is not about the welfare of animals when all my dog needed was food.
Terrible place rude groomers .. non affectionate as well
After having a terrible grooming experience at the Petco in Robinson, I decided to try again when we moved out to Trafford when I saw the quality job your groomer, Lauren, provided. I could not be happier with my dog's results and will continue coming to get my dog groomed here as long as Lauren is employed!
We love being a pet partner with the Monroeville Petco. The staff is so helpful and caring and best of all our Shades of Grey Sanctuary senior dogs just adore them!
