I asked my mom to go get two feeder mice for my snake ( i only asked her because im stuck at home with the baby) so because she had so much going on with my grandmothers treatment this morning she calls the store number asking in advance if they have the mice so she didnt waste a trip. She then gets there and they didnt have any, and apparently didnt for a while, so they had no idea why the associate who answered would say it. But they need to get on the same page. My mom just wasted a trip with my grandmother in the car .

Kristen is the best groomer. she is so nice to my dogs and can tell she loves her job.
We always go to Petco in Monroeville to get our dogs nails trimmed. Kristen is awesome. She takes her time with our dogs and is very kind to them.
We signed our puppy up for obedience classes at the monroeville location. Claire was a great trainer, very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.
we recently put our puppy through training class level 1 and Rowan is an amazing instructor / trainer. We will be signing up for more classes! I highly reccomend taking Rowans classes.
The Monroeville Store is always clean & organized. The Staff always friendly & helpful every time I visit the store. The Vetco staff were friendly & accomodating yesterday when I brought in my cat Berea yesterday for the vaccine clinic.
We just took our schichon there after a bad experience at another groomer. I could not be happier with the service we received. Leanne did a WONDERFUL job on our dog. He has sensitive skin, and they were so understanding of his needs. We already made our next appointment and plan on continuing to use Petco moving forward.
