Unhappy about the cages for the conure birds in the store. Very playful birds that need toys, yet there are only 3 small toys and only one of them the bird can actually reach! I wanted to buy the current green cheek conure they have just to rescue that poor bird. Why sell toys and advertise them as birds that need toys if you can't even give them the proper amount of toys they want. The poor baby has been chewing on his tail feathers from lack of toys! Very disappointed in their animal care and cages.

Perhaps you should train your employees to address a customer with "Hi, how can I help you?" instead of "What do you need?!" with an attitude. Bad experience today to say the least. All I needed was to return an item I bought yesterday, still in the box, etc. (got it home realized it wasn't big enough for my pet). When I'm greeted with "What do you need" by some middle aged woman opening boxes next to the register I say "I need to make a return...just bought this yesterday" - she interrupts "What's wrong with it?" again with... read more
