I took my dog Rayne in to the grooming shop after being sprayed by a skunk. She's a repeat offender, so it's her 5th trip. They took fantastic care of her. It happened at 3 am and I couldn't get her there until 10 am. She smelled great when they were done. Also, I felt so bad for her I decided to make it a spa day. She got a deodorizing bath complete with dry and brush out, nails trimmed, teeth brushed {she got sprayed in the mouth so I'm sure she appreciated it}, blueberry facial, paw balm and holiday bandanna. I usually don't review shopping experiences but I was impressed. We came in to pass time for a preschooler to see the animals. We were so lucky to have a knowledgeable & courteous employee take time through the feeding time to give us a tour and explain about the fish & reptiles. We learned just as much as if we had a private tour at the zoo. Thank you for making this otherwise ordinary day an extraordinary learning experience!
My dog is a very spoiled pup. Hannah is grooming is amazing and he comes home super calm, never seems upset and as a Doggy Mama this makes me feel awesome ♡ #CutestPoochEver
Went to the store this evening to buy a fish for a small tank we had purchased for our 18 month old. A young man by the name of Mike helped us and he was the most friendly, knowledgeable and nicest associate of a store, we have ever had contact with while shopping. It's refreshing to encounter such great people these days. Thanks Mike for being awesome and making my evening. The world needs more people like you. Our little one was super happy with the 2 new fish we brought home. Keep up the great work!
The grooming salon is horrible. They do not know how to cut maltese hair.
Such BS don't sign up for their email club. You get emails EVERYDAY with coupons that are completely worthless! "Free shipping on all orders" *Excludes cat food, dog food, cat litter, dog litter, ...basically everything they sell* Well that's not gonna work lets try the $10 off $50 in supplies coupon, excludes... *Everything in the store except shopping carts* Hahaha what a joke, so sick of getting emails every day that are worthless. I'm NEVER shopping at PETCO again. Such a joke.
