By discontinuing a range of food, you are making it difficult for folks who cannot afford your high end food, in addition to owners like me whose very senior pets are doing fine on what you consider "inferior" food. Not going to change just because you aren't carrying it any longer. I have to wonder if this is more about making profits or the concern about the pets' health.
reasoning why I am ordering my stuff from amazon: 20 minutes standing in the fish area waiting for help on getting all the things needed for a 55 gallon aquarium (stand, lids, lights, filter, gravel and about $100 worth of decorations and no one there. no one asked if I needed help, no one said hello? no one asked or said anything when I left.
I am very pleased with your dog obedience classes. Dory is in Adult I class with Nick. He is very knowledgeable and always has an excellent solution to any question I have about training my dog. I had to miss a class and he made time on his schedule for a make-up. Also, when I could not reach him with a question the store had me talk to Jessica, the other trainer. Awful service. Someone walked in in front of me, he helped check her dog in, and then made me stand there with my dog while I had an appointment and she didn’t and clipped the dogs nails, then when he got done, he asked if he could take a call. How rude to make someone stand there for ten minutes when he would have just checked me in and let me be on my way, but he had to do everything first when I stood there and had an appointment. I won’t be bringing my dog back.
Staff we encountered was great. My wife and I were in with our 2 year old, and a younger gentleman with a pretty fantastic beard let us now that he was going to feed a bunch of the reptiles if our little guy wanted to watch. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Thanks again!
