The manager, Melissa, was the most rude employees I've ever had to deal with. We had gone in for some food for our hamster (yes that is considered essential to us) and I decided to purchase a marimo ball for my beta fish while I was there anyways. She came and very rudely told us to get our purchase and leave due to traffic in the store and we said okay sorry we will head out now and as we leave she says "it IS posted on the door, maybe you can read it on your way out." is this how you talk to customers?? I brought my son's pup here for his fav food, and as Rhaegar was being a tad unruly, put him in the cart while shopping. While at the checkout, he managed to get two of his toes stuck in the cart's square plastic base, and couldn't move his paw without panic and pain. Tracy and some other employees managed to extricate poor Rhaegar in short order. Many thanks for your care and skill!
