you have lost a customer due to your "no returns policy". people can shop in your store and touch every product, but I cannot buy something , never remove it from the bag, still in original packaging and return it 2 days after purchase.
I went in saturday to buy horned worms. I wanted 4 and paid 10$. I get them home and go to feed my lizard, and there is only ONE in the whole container! so I paid 10$ for one small horned worm
fish tank are dirty. Meijer tank are much much cleaner. but they have a huge selection s of their Betta's which is Im in love with. also I am looking at their tank to see the fishes and the tank lights suddenly turned off now I can't see them because it's too dark.
I went in Petco, like I always do, to buy a few things for my daughters ferret. I have really bad asthma and cannot wear a mask. So I go inside and I couldn't find one of the items I was looking for. I saw one of the groomers helping a man with finding an item so I waited and asked for her help to. She pointed to the section I needed and then proceeds to say " This is the grooming area though." i took my furbaby in to get groomed today, while I was waiting I was looking at dog clothes, I bent over toook at something and my sunglasses fell off my shirt at the moment I didn't realuze what had fell and about the same time I was called to get my dog I went right back to get my sunglasses this is within a minute or two and they were gone. There was another couple there and they told me a worker just walked through. i went and asked and nope noone had seen the sunglasses. This really ticjed me off because I know someone ... read more
high prices. small choices
I was just in and want to pick up dog food, I was informed by the only person in the store that they don’t carry it because the raised there standards! First of all that was very rude saying that! And if that’s the case then why is it available at Petco online!

I've never been here where they didn't make a major mistake. twice I haven't received an entire bag of items I purchased and had to go back they are so unapologetic another time they messed up my entire pals rewards balance it's a circus
