There's only One reason why I'm even talking the time to review this particular Petco in the first place, and it's all because of one amazingly kind hearted individual whom works there. He's also the dog trainer there too; his name's Andrew and he's been a True life saver to me from day 1 of getting my Bobo! He's just so wonderful, all the reviews and praise still wouldn't be enough to explain it. Just the greatest. Thanks Andrew. You rock. That's all there is to it.
Walked in to look for toys for my rats. Stopped at the two rats they had for adoption to find out that their aquariums (which are not safe to house rats in) were filthy and one didn't even have any water. The employee we brought this to the attention of was rude and said they'd be cleaned shortly. He then proceeded to watch us as we browsed the store. If I had the money to purchase two additional cage, I would have taken them home immediately.
Everything I walk into this store the animals cages are disgusting and the employees never care what so ever. Every time I think about going to a pet store Petco becomes less of an "I don't know about this store" and more of an "I'm never returning to this store."
Bulk food too expensive .
