My daughters hamster died so we took her to pet I to get a new one. At this time the rude worker refused to sell my husband a new one. She stated that we weren’t allowed to get the one my daughter wanted because we have a different one at home that we were having a hard time taming. The one my daughter wanted was the same breed as the one she had before that died we have plenty of experience with hamsters of all breeds so I’m unsure why this woman was so rude. Beth has been grooming our dogs for 10 years now. We recently adopted a 12 year old and brought her in to get groomed. She smelled, has hot spots and was a mess. She came out looking and smelling amazing. I think the medicated bath really helped her. She has more pep in her step and just seems happy. This is our third Senior adoption and Beth is always patient and accomadating to their needs. I'd recommend Beth and her team. They do a great job.
