Great service and VERY PLEASED with the groomer, Cassie. I highly recommend anyone who needs their dog groomed to recommend her. She takes her time, pays attention to your animal and is very friendly and kind. Very happy with the service I received and will be using her as my permanent groomer!
My fiance brought in her pup to be groomed with an appointment. She got her pup back 6 hours later because they said "they had alot of walk ins" !? What so you take walk ins over people that take the time to make an appointment! ? And then to top it all off when she got her pup back she was extremely afraid and would barely move. Took pup to the vet and she has a sprained back!? Thanks for nothing you sorry sacks of shit. And yall know the groomer in question so i suggest yall get rid of her and try to retain some customers.... read more
Last time i went to petco i was not happy. They had horrible customer service and there grooming salon no better. my dog was nicked after waiting 6 hours for groom they did not tell me. I found out once i got home and was playing with my pet and was very upset about this matter. So i was looking for place and i came across add in a paper and decide to give it a try. and the ladies their did a awesome job. My pet look great and smell great. and it was out in a timely manner.
