RecommendedKay in the grooming salon is AWESOME to work with. I took Prima, my rottweiler there to have her nails clipped. I expressed concern about a bad experience with the dremmel the last time her nails were clipped. She understood and took great care of my dog. A rottweiler is difficult and most groomers I find are afraid of her breed. Not Kay, she took her right in and clipped her nails. She didn't stress Prima out either. Thank You!!
Got a fish tank for Christmas, there was 3 staff that worked in the fish area that was very very helpful, answering any questions I had and helping me set it up correctly! Definitely recommend
Kay in the grooming salon is PHENOMENAL, my dog looks incredible. Everyone there is so polite and friendly. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Val has been a great teacher for both me and my pup with her classes! Emily and Araceli are FANTASTIC groomers that my pup and I are always happy to see (and vice versa). We've had nothing but the best of service here with warm, friendly staff.
PETCO Newport News Salon Manager, Araceli Cubillas is the best groomer I’ve ever used. I’m very careful who handles my two Pomeranians— from toe nail trims to full body wash, brush out and trim. Araceli shows great compassion and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
The store had what we were looking for. The manager, was cool as could be and helped us swiftly and competently. Great experience. Wasn't impressed with Petco beforehand, but will definitely go back now. Thanks, Brian!
