RecommendedI absolutely love this store!! My pups & I are in there at least every 2 weeks if not more! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. And I adore the manager, Heather! We especially had A ABSOLUTE BLAST at the Halloween Costume Contest!! Our dogs costumes even came from Petco
Brought my hamsters in for pics with Santa. The staff were awesome and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
I will never go to this store ever again. They suck at customer service and the staff I dealt with seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I bought fish one day and they don't have the prices on the bettas cuz they want to suprise you with the price when you go to pay..then went to look at the hamsters and guinea pigs...the cages stunk...the guy had never handled hamsters and acted like he didn't want to get them out for us to handle them..then dropped one in the floor twice..and when I ask questions about if they... read more
The groomer Christy called because she was so worried about my dog and wanted to check up on her. Made a lasting and loyal customer out of me!
Horrible customer service. Both associates just walked by me and looked at me without saying a word and kept on walking. I needed to purchase fish, and crickets (which someone got the latter for me) and then just walked to the register. I didn't want to buy fish or anything. I'll be making the extra drive to PAW in Lynchburg. Never again.
You better know what you want when you get in there because no one is going to help you (staffing issues), I've had better luck at other Petco shops and will again.
