If you care about your pet, don't bring it to this groomer. I just watched the manager of the grooming department herself, not do what I asked her to, and do everything that I told her not to. I was watching outside for as long as I could stand it, but when my dog was begging for her to stop, and then flinched because the woman hit one of the cysts that I told her were there, I had had enough. I only wouldn't recommend this location because I've been there twice now looking for a pretty basic product and they're been out of stock or didn't carry it. It's such a shame, cause the staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
I really appreciate the lovely ladies in the grooming salon! They always do an excellent job & are so very patient with my dogs. My very anxious rescue dog actually gets excited to get his nails done haha. And they're so good with my drama queen Siberian Husky who loves to sing the song of her people while waiting. Thank you to all of the groomers!
RecommendedThey are friendly, interactive and have neat activities and training on site. It has a nice neighborly vibe. My dog loves going there.
I went in to the store across the street from the Everett mall to look at and buy a rat. Somewhere around the middle of our time in the store, i had to use the restroom. I get out and some bigger lady with dark hair and gauges went in after me and was being extremely rude to me, saying that i can't step foot inside of the store again because apparently it didn't smell right in there, and that i was using drugs��. Grooming center was clean & staff was friendly. Prices throughout the rest of the store were higher than I typically pay for basic supplies.
