wanted to post no starts, but won't let me. I brought our dog in for a zoom groom and within 30 minutes some kid calls to tell me to pickup my dog ASAP! and don't bring him back. I asked why he said it was too loud in there, he was trying to jump off the table and his tongue was turning purple! What a Bunch of CRAP! Update. Two weeks ago, I made a post regarding the horrible grooming that our three Norwich Terriers received at Petco in Lacey Washington. During that grooming our dogs were completely shaven without notifying us. One of our boys was shaved so low that we could see nicks in his skin and redness around the neck. As a result of that grooming, our boy developed an infection around 3/4 of his neck and is now being treated with antibiotics. The groomer responsible is young and obviously inexperienced.
