So I was causally looking at the aquatic plants, and frantically saw a tiny plant going over the filtration system. So I kindly grabbed it and put it so it wouldn't be destroyed. Shame on meeeee. WARNING - We bought a bag of bug infested dog food here. Which turned into a bug infested dog room. Had to replace their beds, furniture, curtains, virtually everything in that room. One month later, one of our dogs passed away. We have given Petco every opportunity to make this financially right but four months later, nothing. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Quiet easy atmosphere. Helpful and had what I needed. Was in and out in 5 minutes.
RecommendedWe visit the neighborhood vet when it’s there Saturday 1 to 3 PM and it is absolutely wonderful I love the people there they are wonderful with my animals I am very thankful to have them there for us great place to go

Ask the floor help for some crickets, she says tell the cashier and she will let me know?? said it was policy...after ringing our things up waited at the counter for another 8 minutes then was told it wasn't policy.. kennewick store have had no issues doing this...over all not mad we love petco.
Always the latest, coolest stuff for my girls!I have two corgi mixed and spoil them whenever I can! Employees were friendly and helped me find what I needed.
