Favorite animal pet store ever. @[1840812790:Carrie Jewell] is the best ever.
Took my senior pupper, Murphy, to Petco Gig Harbor today-way overdue for a haircut. Besides being 10, he has a shaky knee, can't hear, and has lumps and bumps of an old man. Brittany did a fabulous job of grooming him, including mid-groom calls to tell me about some matting and an owie she found so I could call the vet. THANK YOU Brittany for taking care of my good boy.
We love the store! We went through their puppy training courses, and Carrie, their trainer, was awesome! With the foundation that she helped us lay, our puppy is growing into a wonderful young dog. Whenever we drive by Petco, our dog gets so excited, thinking he's going to see all of his buddies
The cashiers are great! Their trainer however, doesn't return calls. Apparently the trainer doesn't need business, or have manners. I do like the store. But, I wouldn't use their trainers.
I've told my kids I will not by them anymore pets from here. I bought 60 feeder fish and they put them all in ONE bag even though I told them to divide them up. After 10 minutes driving home they ran out of air and I had to open the bag. By the time I got home there were 20 dead. Then once in the tank, I noticed they all had ich. Within 2 days all the fish were dead even though i go ich treatment. I also bought 2 mice. One died within a couple days.
