worst customer service iv ever encountered
So I came down and there were surrendered fish . I was told come back tomorrow and you can purchase. I did and then the store manager said they aren’t for sale and moved them off the floor. They had been out on the floor for two days in a show tank. She left a sign not there prior saying not for sale until further notice. This violates petco policy on surrenders. Lucky I took pictures as I will be sending to corporate on Monday.
They don't take proper care of many of their animals. Some employees have been very rude.

I literally stood in the fish department for 10 minutes not one person helped me . An employee was helping someone finished looked at me and walked away never asked if I needed help nothing . I will Never shop there again.

I have always loved Petco up till the past couple months. I have 2 fish tanks a 20 and a 30 gallons, past couple months I started them back up, started going to Petco once a week to get fish BIG MISTAKE, started off with my tanks being cloudy after bringing fish home, then it was my tanks smelling horrible after next batch! finally got all that cleared up last batch of fish gave both my tanks the ICK! 90% of my fish died! so disappointed! Petco please clean up your fish department!!
Cashier was extremely rude, even FLICKED a container holding a live animal!! It was the fat lady with grey hair in case you're wondering, avoid. Some of these people shouldn't be anywhere near animals.
three times I have driven down for their vet clinic and all three times there web site started that there get clinic was open and operating when in reality it was cancelled nothing on their web site , nothing so a 40 min drive each way times three ... and on top of it how pet friendly are they ... I see improper bedding ( shredded paper ) . gotten toys that started for agressive chewwers , lasted two days .. if I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would ...
