I love this petco because Samantha was teaching me how to train my pup today and she was really nice and helpful and stuff ☺️🐶
Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Ethan is supposedly a manager. All he did was make excuses. Told me to wait 20-30 minutes for one fish. That to tell you the truth, would probably end up dying in a few days due to diseases at chain pet stores. Zach was also full of excuses. Ethan told me he has to unload the truck, so that is more important than customers? Unfortunately, without customers he wouldn't be having to unload shipment due to the store shutting down. Do not go there. Waste of my time.
I used to work for this location, but unfortunately I had to leave because of disagreements with how the store allowed an unsafe environment in grooming. The treatment of the employees there is so poor as well, there's no gratitude for any hard work there. I'm at a loss missing so many long time clients in grooming, it's unfortunate they had no warning of the loss of quality and care in the salon!!
I have just started work at this location. I am aware that there have been some negative things happen. I know there is bad blood from former employees causing people to not want to shop there. I have been with the company fore years and this company strives for greatness and puts animals and guest first. Wonderful staff. They welcome the Woofs Wiggles n Wags Rescue with open arms. We had several adoptions there.
I'm upset, I bought a ferret about a month ago. I got a receipt and nothing else. I went back a week later for his birth certificate and shot records and no one knew where they were kept. The clerk said she would have the manger call. That never happened. When you buy a animal you'd like to know it's age and if it's current on it shots.
They're amazing, great with handling my 4 legged baby
