I had to make an exchange from a same day purchase and the manager was extremely reluctant even though the return policy on the back of the receipt indicated I could make the exchange. She acted as though I was trying to con them when in fact I was sold a product with missing items. I was able to do the exchange, so I gave a 2 instead of a 1.
