We took our poodle on 9/19/20. They butchered him. He has raw spots all over him. He is a mess. It cost $95. They are going to clean him up next Saturday because he is a mess. But after that we will never go back. I would rate them a zero Staff was rude to deal with.
RecommendedBrought my puppy to Bloomington today to get his nails trimmed for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The groomer, Shannon was was amazing with him and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning and recommend Shannon! She is truly a fresh breath of air.
My 2 dogs and I come here often, and we even live on the Northside of Bloomington! The staff at Petco is always so friendly and helpful. A few of the staff even know my dogs by name! And they see many dogs I'm sure in there on a daily basis. They price match their website as well! I have never been in there once and had a bad experience nor be asked if there was anything I needed help finding. �
Been coming here for about 4 years. Always paid $44 for a traditional haircut and then $66 for the pick three service. Today I learned I was charged wrong for 4 years and it's actually $15 more than I have been paying for both options. Never will we come again since the price seems to increase for no reason and the lack of communication about this change was absent. Staff turnover and cancellation happen a lot.
We love everything about Petco! The staff are amazing, Alex is the best!! All of the staff that have helped us in the fish department have been very knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond. We just used the grooming service for the first time and we were not disappointed-great experience. �I LOVE the pet food donation bin by the door�
Stacy is an amazingly gifted, kind, patient and caring groomer, who took wonderful care of and pampered my 19.5 year old baby girl, Jamie!!
