The customer service was AWFUL today! First I couldn't find anyone to help with fish (which I can accept), however when when I did......I got interrogated like I've never been before over buying goldfish. Won't be taking my dog there again for grooming..The lady who groomed my dog was playing sweet and innocent and told me I need to take my dog somwhere else,after I been taking him there for 5 years and already left a tip.Anyway, when my little guy came out he wasnt acting right.He wasnt waging his tail and happy when i picked him up..He had a gash on his neck that i didnt notice till I got home. I was looking for frozen rat pups to feed my ball python. I called ahead and the person I spoke with in the reptile department didn't even know what rat pups were. I went to the store anyway and they didn't have any juvenile rats. That's not the bad part though. There were two overpriced normal ball pythons cohabiting in one tank (very bad). In another tank there was a pastel ball python completely covered in stuck shed. None of the BPs had decent hides. Poor little things!
