Excellent array of products and organic options! Great community asset! Allowing rescues to show and their help animals find their forever homes and WOW to Russ the dog trainer, he is the BEST!
Attitudes were condescending and rude. They will not make a return or exchange or give store credit for an item without the original receipt. I will never go back to ANY PETCO.
If you are going to have 8:00 a.m. grooming appointments, then make sure your groomers are there at 8:00! Today they still were not there by 8:15, and a cashier (who had NEVER worked in grooming) had to come check my two dogs in. I'm a teacher and was almost late to work because of it. This is not the first time I've experienced this, either. I choose Petco because it's close to work and they do a good job on my dogs, but this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Rude, hateful staff. They have no idea what they are doing. I will never go to this store again.
