RecommendedEric was so helpful today. I had a lot of questions and needs when it came to my little dog’s possible new food. I really appreciate that he spent some extra time answering all my questions and sharing his knowledge. I came home with a high quality food that I really hope can help her. Either way the shopping experience was positive. He even helped me carry out the big bag for my larger dog since I had a little dog with me. Thanks!!

I went to test my water and to possibly get some more fish for my tank. The guy told me to add some ammonia to the tank because It read 0 and that my nitrate wich was 0 to 20 was too low and to add that aswell. had i added ammonia to ky fish tank i would.be poisoning my fish😡 i did not buy any fish from here because of this advice.

Manager was rude about the situation on a 25 dollar leash I bought about 1 week and a half ago. Didnt have the receipt but didnt expect it to break so easily especially with a small pup using it. Wasn't asking for money back just a simple exchange. first and last time I'll step in this store.
They're the only pet store in Casper that I can get live Rats for feeding my snake and assesories I need for my Dog and my snake
So I never post comments about my experience but I'm making an acception A great big shout out to Russ! This man spent a great deal of time helping me find the right low calorie dog food for my little Stella. He even did the math for me on the portion size that she has to have. She can only have 250 calories a day. Russ you're very good at what you do. I appreciate all your help. I came in confused and upset and I left very happy. Thank you again Russ!!!!! You are the best!!!!!! I have a new pet store!
