I must say the only animal we ever purchased was a hamster for my son and the staff was so helpful and nice. Today my golden doodle Finley went for “the best in show” grooming service for her first visit! The staff was so welcoming, patient and nice. Definitely will be back.
Grooming service! They did a super job with our English Bulldof! Very impressed! Their communication, their team work, their compassion, I felt like I had taken him there for years! They're excellent. 5 stars all around.
These people have no issue selling diseased fish. When it does they won't replace it. They should not carry salt water fish or corals as they do not have any clue on proper care of them and it clearly shows in the tanks.
Very poor customer service! I was in the store 20 minutes and had to search for someone to help me in the fish section. The next time I visited the store I counted SEVEN DEAD FISH in two aquariums... And again no one greeted or asked me if they could help me find anything. I left disappointed. Unfortunately this is the only pet store in the area. I will never return to the Osage Beach Petco store!
My family and I brought our new puppy in for vaccinations. The staff was friendly informative, supportive, and professional. I have purchased 3 other pets from this store, adopted a pet, come in weekly for their care items, and now used the vetco option! Very pleased with everything and it makes our family that much easier to sustain on a budget without sacrificing our feathered, scaled, and fur babies!!!
Loved Michelle! We started obedience training Thursday.. Michelle has already helped me in handling Bentley better! I would highly recommend her to help you out with stubborn puppies!
Well I have to say i will not be back. Went to Buy Mice. Then get told I have to fill out personal information to purchase these mice. We were upfront about what they are for. It's not like we had plans to return them. If you need personal information for me to feed my other pets Because Petco has been sued you don't need my business either. we were buying mice not firearms.
The store will not keep it pet food product on the shelves. They tell & promise you it will be on a said date. Guess what. No. They lied yet again(what am I to feed my pets? Air? Imagination? /They only eat 1 certain food). Almost a month now of the excuses. Even from management. Promises, Promises. ( No wonder why they have a 3.7 rating) One fed up customer..........
Today I called petco and asked if they had adult angel fish left and was told yes they had 5 left so i made sure they was adult size and the store manger told me yes so I drove a hour away to buy all 5 and got there and they are babies only and talked to store manger while I was there and she told me oh well guess u drove for nothing then and slammed the door in my face.
