I took my dog, Addie, to see April at petco for a groom appt last Friday (7/10). My mother in law was picking her up since I was heading out of town for the weekend, so I prepaid as well for the haircut. I dropped her off at 1pm and at 4pm my MIL picks her up. Have been in several times and always have a hard time getting anyone to help. They walk right past and don’t even look at you. Customer service is horrible. There were 4 people working and if you made eye contact they would look away. They must not want the business.
April cut my dogs hair and it was the best hair cut in his 15 years. she was so friendly and I've never felt so comfortable about leaving him.Thank you April
I had an awesome experience at Petco! I bought a 90 gallon aquarium, and had prompt excellent service from the employees there. Suzanne was especially helpful with loading that massive aquarium into my vehicle. Thank you for the wonderful service! I would recommend them for all your pet needs.

Sarah's grooming group is tops! Pet owner's grooming specs are diligently met, and pet is highly respected, treated as a jewel. Private grooming businesses are hard pressed to compete with Sarah, Jessica B, their service. Osage Beach chain store has a pet grooming shop that is a gem in the rough!
great people. great company. staff that really tries and works hard to give the best life for animals
I like this store. I do think they should make their sales so that people on fixed incomes can take advantage of them. Last month they had 29high glass tanks for $29.00 at the end of the month. I don't get paid till the 3rd of the month and when I went back the price had nearly doubled.I really wanted that tank for my reptiles, but can't afford $60.00 for it.
