I took my dog for a grooming appointment and am VERY disgusted with their services! I am going to contact a manager because my dog has not been acting right since he came back from his appointment. When I picked him up, I witnessed one of the ladies who works there screaming at one of the dogs and being very forceful with him! I am afraid they mistreated my dog, as he has been very upset since! I will never return for grooming services at this place again! I highly recommend finding another place!
Poor Small Animal Treatment I steer clear from this pet store if I can help it. We're a hamster family and so we would go there every once in a while to look at the small animals while we're buying supplies. We first noticed that the cages were smelly and dirty, and not just in a normal way. It was as if they hadn't cleaned in ages - the bedding looked torn to dust. Great Overall Selection This store has a great overall selection of pet supplies. I think their inventory is heavily weighted towards dogs, but they do have great supplies for cats, reptiles, gerbils, fish, etc. Basically, they have a little bit for everyone. I've purchased a lot of my pet supplies and fun toys for my pets here and always had great success. I don't think their food is the best priced - you'll probably still do better buying it at the grocery store, but it is one stop shopping!
I called to check that the store had what I needed which was a nylon fabric muzzle for my dog. I was told on the phone that they had all sizes 1-7. Then when I got to the store they did not have size 1, they had a bunch of size 2's and not much else. I needed a size 1 according to the package description for size 2. I let the manager know how disappointed I was. She was human about it, but I still left without obtaining what I needed so I could safely administer medications to my dog's ulcerated eye, and infected ears withou... read more
