I would give negative stars if possible. First grooming appointment and the groomer called in sick and the place was closed. Nobody called. Second attempt was this morning and they couldn’t give our dog a bath because we didn’t bring a rabies certificate. Nobody told us on either booking appointment that this was needed. The rabies tag which is around her neck and recent doesn’t count. Manager was rude. A “sorry” was the response. Not good enough and never again.
Small store but has a surprisingly big selection of dog food. Overall it has a sad vibe, I'm not sure why. Maybe it's the lighting. The staff is nice when you can find them and they're free as they are understaffed.

I'm a new cat owner and I came to get my guy groomed this evening. My cat tore his cage apart on the way there and I received so much help and understanding from: Max, the groomer who must great with cats because my cat didn't flinch (he bites me daily!), Adam, for helping me pick out a new cage, and Hector for exchanging my cage, putting it together, and helping me get my cat into the new cage. Thanks guys! I'm a new loyal customer.
