We took our 10 month old puppy for a nail trim today and we extremely disappointed in what happened. Our pup is mouthy and will touch with her mouth when uncomfortable. I watched as one of the groomers hit my pup on her mouth while holding her. Our pup has been out of sorts since and it is now 4 hours later. Last month we had a wonderful visit with NO problems at all but today was horrible. We will not be returning!!!
If there was an option for no stars I would do that. I walk in and I see the turtles are kept in awful conditions. They looked malnourished, they had severe shell rot and chunks of flesh taken out of their necks. Along with that they seem like that haven't eaten in a very long time where I watched one literally eating the neck of another one. I went in to Petco LaPlata MD to get another anole and small crickets. THE ONLY ANOLE THEY HAD WAS LAYING IN THE TERRARIUM DEAD AND PALE. THE CRICKETS AT CHECKOUT WERE 90% DEAD AND I HAD TO INFORM THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE THEY HAD A DEAD LIZARD. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYERS CHARGED. THEY ARE IN CHARGE OF LIVE ANIMALS BUT THEY WERE NOT TONIGHT!
