Entire staff was very friendly and recommending things to me in relations to my questions. The groomers were extremely friendly with Otis. I had no problem leaving him for a little while. The cashiers were wonderful, helping me with coupons and sales of all the things I picked up. Very family friendly. Would definitely recommend Petco (LaPlata) to everyone. Everyone worked together extremely well.
Their groomers are excellent!

Sharing a post... This was in the Laplata, MD Petco yesterday. They had no water or food and the birds huddled together were digging through the bedding looking for food. Then there’s the poor dead parakeet laying there. The water bowls were dry and all of the bowls were filthy dirty with caked up crap all inside of them. RecommendedThe groomers and staff are wonderful here! My kitten has her first set of claw caps now and it’s going great! 5 stars!
I understand that there was only one groomer this past Sunday (08 April 18), but a hair cut that took 3 hours? She’s only a little pug. Ok. 3 hours. But it isn’t until I get her home that I notice the patches of hair on the inside of her legs, behind her ears, and her hind quarters that are 3/4” longer than the rest. For $70 this is unacceptable
