When in today with a broken water fountain, told them what had happened and they let me do an even exchange. 100% customer service between everyone being friendly and completely understanding. So glad to continue my service with them and my three pets. ^_^

Steph the manager was so accommodating to us trying to micro chip 10 puppies. She helped and went way above and beyond. Many of the staff were also extremely helpful. Its customer service like this that brings people back.

Stopped at the store last night to get a bunch of crickets for my leopard gecko and some treats for my cats, and I just wanted to leave a note that the staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch the blond girls name but she really took time and chatted with me about reptiles. You could tell she really knew her stuff. And Daniel my cashier was super friendly as always. So from a loyal customer, Thank you. And kudos to a great team.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I do like them. The downfall of this store is the fish. I always see tanks with sick or dead fish. Some of the tanks are dirty too. They need to take better care of them. It's starting to remind me of Walmart's fish.

Scotty in grooming is phenomenal! Not only did he not seem annoyed or bothered by our three “excited” dogs (for one it was his first time being groomed, and for another his second) he also gave my corgi a quick nail trim touch up when shaving his feet down. He interacted with the dogs and I could tell they felt a lot more comfortable throughout the entire experience. The prices are excellent (especially the mini package for $20) and my dog will always be coming here for his grooming.

With the rising cost of vet clinics today - I participated in the Vetco vaccination clinic that was held today at Petco. I was totally impressed with how organized and professional the morning went. I not only saved a ton of money but was impressed with the state-licensed veterinarian and assistances. The staff (Amy) at Petco roamed around and interacted with the families and pets! My dog Oreo loved the attention and of course the treats! Thanks so much Petco!

I would like to express sincere gratitude towards the gentlemen that not only took my phone call right before closing, then took a discription of -and waited -for my husband and daughter to get to the door and let them in to purchase two products that we were in dire need of for our Golden Retriver who had an emergency nail issue. I would like to say Thank you for being so helpful and kind!!!
