I don’t what has happened to this store but it is going down hill. The store is dingy, the grooming area is also going downhill. I won’t be going to this store anymore and I will not be bringing my 4 dogs to be groomed anymore. I use to love this store was there at least once a week. I have already found a new groom and I’ll probably be doing chewy and rainbowmeal worms from now on for my pet needs. They have switched employees over and all the “original” employees are gone. wanted a family member to leave because her service dog was not on a leash!
RecommendedPetco went above and beyond today. Deja did an amazing job grooming our dog. Afterwards, my dog managed to escape his collar (new collar I bought earlier that day was a tad too loose) and ran into the parking lot. I was terrified as if I chase him, my dog will run faster and farther. Deja and another man (I assume the manager?) ran out immediately, helping “herd” him to my vehicle. I cannot thank you enough for helping! You have made a loyal customer for life. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
Stop tacking on ridiculous extra fees for "express cuts" because you say my dog doesn't like to be caged, when other groomers have no problem at all with him. Price gouging!
BIG shout out to Deja, who effortlessly handles my dogs for nail trims, even when they’re both acting more like wild animals than domestic pets. 🤦♀️ We are so appreciative!
The staff at Petco are awesome. they all know my puppy Copper! They are so knowledgeable and helpful. We never had a puppy before, so I needed all the extra help. Fred was a huge help the first night we got Copper.

Thanks to Scotty (manning the phone) and Deja for working my scruffy Alice in for a quick foot trim on her grinchy feet! Deja even gave her a quick brushing and now she is beautiful. Thank you for being so helpful and patient with harried me! :)
Awesome first grooming experience for my bull mastiff. Deja did a great job! Definitely coming back.
